Please read these conditions of use carefully and contact us if you do not understand something. Purchasing a package from Modern Sugar means that you agree to these terms:
1. Modern Sugar retains the copyright to all graphics and HTML for QuickStores and pre-made templates. Purchasing a QuickStore site, whether pre-made or custom, does not give you rights to the site, but the rights to use the graphics and template on one site only. You may not reuse the template for use on another site or for use on eBay without prior consent.
2. Customer may not sell, share or distribute Modern Sugar template graphics or HTML in any way, commercial or non-commercial. They are for your use only unless prior approval is granted.
3. Customer may not alter graphics or HTML code in any way, unless pre-approved by Modern Sugar first. You may not use pieces of any template or printable design from a pre-made site to create derivative works, such as, but not limited to print materials or additional site graphics.
4. Credit and link contained in HTML must stay intact and may not be altered or removed. Removal will result in a forfeiture of the HTML code and graphics.
5. If you have purchased a pre-made template, whether exclusive, limited or unlimited, you many not create derivative works from any of the graphics in the template or in print materials.
6. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. We always work with every customer to insure that they are happy with their purchase but all sales are considered final.
7. Deposits on custom work are not refundable, but may be applied to a different project within 30 days of project cancellation.
8. Work is guaranteed for a period of 30 days after finalizing. If you find, during this 30 day period that an aspect of your site, template or print design is not working as it should, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem. Problems discovered after this period will be handled on a case by case basis.
9. Price estimates are valid for 30 days - after 30 days each quote will be considered on a case by case basis.
10. We reserve the right to cancel work on a project or require additional payment if client fails to contact us for more than 30 days during a project, without prior written approval.
Failure to follow terms is a breech of contract and may result in revocation of license and product usage.
